Rebecca Wilson Rogers is a Managing Director of WAVERLY PARTNERS, LLC, based in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Rebecca brings over 25 years of marketing, operational and strategic consulting experience to her executive search practice. As a functional generalist with broad industry experience, she has traveled extensively and has lived and worked around the world.

The majority of Rebecca’s career was spent in financial services, in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing. She held senior marketing roles with Citibank, First USA Bank (acquired by Bank One), HSBC, and Lehman Brothers. Rebecca has particular expertise in customer segmentation, operational processes, integrated sales and marketing campaigns, and analytics and measurability, including P&L responsibility. She has a deep understanding of all aspects of the marketing, branding, and sales functions, and, has worked extensively with C-suite executives.

Prior to joining WAVERLY PARTNERS, Rebecca ran her own strategy consulting firm and worked across industries in the United States, Canada and Australia. Her consulting projects included assignments in launching new entrepreneurial ventures, transforming operational processes of existing companies, recruiting and providing executive coaching and strategic advice to CEOs.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. She studied in Siena, Italy and is fluent in Italian.
